Renewal of bank card

I tried to renew my bank card at Absa Kimberley. On the 12/12/15. As usual they did not want to accept my proof of residence. Even when I presented a bank statement from another bank they did not want to accept it. I was eventually told that they can accept my bank statement so I joined the line again. Just to be told by the teller a second time she's not accepting the proof of residence because my full names are not on it. What am I suppose to do if I do not get accounts? This is not first time that I've had to go through this. Some of the staff are also very unfriendly and not very helpful
