Remove the listing on my credit profile I have paid up the loan

My name is Ncumisa Xego ID number *** I had a loan with absa and it was handed over to Lynne and Maine attorneys. This sme loan was listed by both absa and Lynne and maine attorneys. Now I have settled the loan but it is still listed by absa. I even got a paid up letter from Lynne and Maine. I want them pls to remove listing on my credit profile . *** 060 436 ***
