Remove my account from debt

I have problem that Absa allowed my account without my concern to be on alpha debt review and now I can not make inquiry about my vehicle account on Absa because they say is in absa debt review but I’ve never skipped any payment of my vehicle I don’t understand why they allowed this to happen without my concern they sent the 17.w form to them now they want 17.2 reject form and alpha debt they do not provide that form but when they hand over those accounts I was not there now they making me struggle because of *********** both companies
