Remove members on my policy

I have contacted Absa to remove some of the members on my policy, at the beginning of February 2022. The consultant advised me to send an email to alteration at Absa. No response from absa, members are still on my policy and obviously still debited the same amount. I sent follow ups, n still nothing.
