release on the cession

We app**** for homeloan and ABSA approve with a condition that the developer did not see. when it was time to register the house they decided to cancel the approval due to the condition of approval. I app**** again and another bank approved. problem is we have been waiting for ABSA to send us confirmation of cancellation of approval to release the cession so we can cede the life policy to another bank and it has been mission impossible. can someone call me on *** and sort out this issue. the same needs to be done for my co-applicant as well.
