Release my money

I purchased a R1092.40 at Meat world Tembisa, in my phone it shows that it paid double and it deducted double amount of R1092.40, but the Marchant said they received a single payment, I then went to the absa branch where they told me the issue is with them and the money is with the outhorized, since 25/05/2025 I haven't received my money. I have needs to attend to with that money,I'm a student I was supposed to buy monthly groceries with the money, from the 25th of May up to this day I haven't received anything
