Release my funds

I am at the bank(boksburg central) trying to give a notice(I have done it several times since the lock down) and I am banking with them, I have a home loan with them and now the lady says she can not help me i need to bring proof of residence from else where but the bank for them to release my money. I have an emergency, its during lock down(where am I going to print the proof of address) I am so frustrated right now.
