Rejected claim with no feedback

So ABSA building insurance rejected my claim after my electricity tripped. electritians came to my house and noted that there was an overloaed. Work done by previous owner. To date I had the "short" fixed but left me with no electricity in my garage, causing my pool to have no power. I called and done follow ups and explained that I need my pool reconnected as I need to clean this - Iknow what happens if you don't clean your pool. 12 working days later since 11 January and no one comes back. Today I called and was told, that the claim is rejected but no one told me that. Now my pool has turned green and is dirty due to dust etc. so will now pay for the damages to my pool as i called asking for feedback. If i was told that its rejected i would have plans to get this resolved. I guess, i now have tp pay for extra damages and get an electritian to come and re-connect the wiriying since I am no electritian and this on my costs. Absa say that they "restore" to its original condition. What is so original about what i went through. worst of all is that my kids could not even enjoy thier pool during the warm days we experienced for the past month. I would like to hear what absa insurance will say about thier staff not calling clients and the damages caused due to failed processes.

Your agents took their own time and during the cause of this waiting I ha dto leav emy pool unattended. If they told me this 2 weeks ago then I would have resolve dthis issue myself .. and people wonder why we get to ****ed off at our banks ...
