rejected claim

Absa has to be one of the worst homeowners insurances ever. i am in the process of moving my home loan from Absa. whenever a claim is put through, they can never honor the claim, there has to be some underlying agenda from them i am disappointed to know that the bank i trust in, In the event of my house falling down will not honor the claim. this is pathetic coming from such a big bank where we the consumers have to suffer. when it comes to insurance, they gladly accept out money but to fix they cannot and will not come to the party
