Rejected before close of business

<p>All the way from Pinetown I managed to make it to the TONGAAT BRANCH a minute to spare I had the door locked in front of me before 15.30 , I am a Platinum account holder , people from the branch watched and turned and walked away , im soon to be a "premier banker" there , I wonder what that will get me, u get more respect from the security guard who did try to help , the worse part is that I was liaising with the consultant during the course of the week and she is aware of my situation of time constrain , the guard did speak to them but again they turned a blind eye. Its things like this that tarnish the brand and thats why theres no progress in that branch for years , it starts with staff and the respect they give to clients regardless of there background. Soon they will be bidding fairwell to another client.</p>
