REJECTED APPLICATION FOR STUDENT LOAN

I have made a student loan with Absa and it appeared that I have a loan of R309 000 that I have made in Oct 2016 with Capitec Bank .On enquiring with Capitec at their branch they did not have that information on their system and I never made any loan with Capitec with that amount.Secondly Capitec said they do not give any loan amounts above R250 000 .This loan amount is having an opening balance ,the current balance of about R56 000 with arrears of R2200 .I then called all 4 Credit Bureaus of SA they said they dont have that information with them.My question then is where did Absa got this information from ,that is reflecting so bad on my name?Even Experian claimed they do not have that information .What do I do in this case.This is very frustrating that somebody out there is maybe paying a loan that I never had because the balance now is around R56 000 .Please assist otherwise Im taking further steps with this .Another question is,is the information in our Credit Bearus accurate?This is reflecting badly on my name .
