Reject payment offer

Absa bank has very kindly handed me over for a credit card however when you phone them you can't make payment arrangements without them scrutinizing your accounts. They want to see your payslips and all your accounts yet every other credit card debt they have accepted our payment offer. It's hard enough to be in this situation without being treated like a ********. I'm disgusted and furious at how the clerk at Newtons attorney shouted at me. Sorry I am in debt sorry you wo t accept a payment. Where does it say I have to show you my whole life? By the time you have gotten off your high horse there won't be anything left to pay you.
