Good day,
I requested months ago that the following policies be reinstated for my dad ( I have POA) on all his accounts : *** ***
I am truly sick of the service I am receiving from Absa Life who is blatantly ignoring the requests

12 Nov 2024, 11:08Hi Basani, I have yet to receive feedback. I asked months ago for my dad's policies to be reinstated. This is absolutely horrible service I am receiving. As a former employee of Absa I am truly unhappy about the fallen service standards
