Reimbur*****t from a ***** case

About a week ago I was enraged with my brother's ***** case that happened months ago and was not addressed. He was demoralized about the whole situation. I ended up writing a review on Absa about the whole situation. On the same day of the review I received an email notifying me that a formal investigation will be conducted in my brothers case. Today I received a call from my brother informing me that the investigation has been closed and his money has been reimbursed fully. I'm overjoyed by the prompt assistance the Absa team did.
