Refusing with homeloan statement
Absa refuses to send me my homeloan statement even after I have presented settlement agreement of divorce, that time I am the one who is paying for the bond and they deduct from me every month but they tell me I need power of attorney to get a mere statement, As it stands I dont know what my balance is and when I try to register for their banking app it keeps failing.
I fail to understand how I would b declined a statement while the payment comes from me and I have stated that the co applicant and I are not on speaking terms and I AM THE ONE PAYING FOR THE BOND
