Refusing to replace my geyser

I have an old geyser that's overflowing and I bought all the new valves and it's not stopping and I made a claim with claim number *** and they send a plumbers (Cramcam)who have a solution before they inspect,the only solution is to replace the geyser I already spent more than a 1000 Rands,this insurance policy of theirs is a money making scheme they can't deliver, I need it cancelled
