REFUSING TO RELEASE MONEY
I am so unhappy with Absa, i opened a Hospitalisation Plan and when i went to claim after being hospitalised, they had excuses when they had to pay out. I opened the hospitalisation plan in September and made my first payment in October. They are refusing to pay and it has been more than 10 days. When i called to enquire I was told that i opened the hospitalisation plan in October and they are refusing to release funds

04 Feb 2025, 13:40Absa is ridiculously disappointing and refuses to release funds yet i am paying every single month. The contract i signed stated that the policy starts immediately when the first premium is received and now im hearing numerous stories.
