Refusing to cancel the Financing and I want a refund

Absa Motor Vehicle Finance is denying me to cancel my financing for a Vehicle I bought in September 2019 at Carformance in Alberton. I have only had the honour to drive my Bakkie for three week since September 2019. This Bakkie has been in the Garage for repairs most of the time. I have spoken to the Gentlemen that did my financing and all He said is, It's not that easy to reverse the financing. I requested that my instalments be paid back to me in cash, as I had no use of my Vehicle and had to pay other people and make use of public transport and Uber. It cost me double. To date my Vehicle is still not with me, Still not repaired.

I would like to be refunded since September 2019 to date. and the Financing to be reversed. I have logged a complained with the ombutsman with regards to the Vehicle. I want Absa to reverse this, and stop delaying or making excuses. This is unfair that I pay for this vehicle and its never with me. The Gentlemen from Absa said He would talk to the Company that sold me the Bakkie... Its just more and More problems,

I refuse to carry on with this deal. I have been with absa for over 15 years and this is how we get treated. Why not keep the Client happy and reverse the Deal...? The Warranty I have with Absa has been used by ALL the mechanics trying to fix the Bakkie.

I am fed up and I want this sorted out ASAP.
