Refusing to cancel my credit card

@10:00 this morning I was at De Korte branch to close/cancel my credit card. I was directed to the phone where I called the card department. Security questions that they asked me had nothing to do with me, I was asked questions around properties in Katlehong and then later other properties in Mpumalanga and this let do me failing verification and them not cancelling my credit card. I have never been to either Katlehong or Mpumalanga let alone have properties there. Denusha then told me I will get a call as she was escalating but nothing to this point.
