Refuse to restructure my personal loan

am so very disappointed with absa, I have been trying to restructure my personal loan account with no luck since 2013. I have given reasons why am not paying the required instalment and I've been told that my account will be handed over to the attorneys. I really think this is unnecessary as am willing to pay the amount that am paying now, and will increase he amount when my finances are better. but it seems like consultants are so impatient when calling us who have financial problems. all am asking for is for absa to restructure this account as now am getting annoyed with the called as getting from the rude consultants who are not willing to understand my situation. I am willing to pay this account if only I get assistant regarding this ill be happy.
