Refuse to payout claims

I have claimed from ABSA home insurance 3 times in now and every-time it was rejected. My last claim was rejected on the basis that I tried repairing the damage myself. My foundation is cracking and they will not pay due to a crack inside the house we fixed and it cracked again. Both sides of my house is cracking and they use the inside as an excuse.<br> <br> ABSA prosper by not paying out claims but is more than happy to take my money every month and if you skip they will send you a lawyer's letter.<br>
