Refuse to pay out
<p>I purchase a car in Joburg & i go assured that all will be dealt with and took out an extended warranty for 2 yrs. Absa gladly took the money & covered the car and they approved the 1st claim and now with the secind claim they are refusing to payout due to "******* parts" on the car. The car was purchased with these parts.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am now being held liable & penilised cause they didnt do their work properly before covering the car. As well i am now inconveninced cause i do not have a car while this issue is being delt with.</p>

Till date I have not received feedback besides the standard response that my query is being attended to.
I am still left at a disadvvantage without a vehicle and the mechanic as well due to the fact that my vehicle is in his workshop and cannot be moved.
