Refuse to give bank details

Please if anyone wants a personal loan they don't need to pay back then please go to pathetic ABSA bank. I tried calling just to get the bank account number as it is not available through public beneficiaries and they refused to give it to me. All I got is I can't help you. That is why I am with FNB who can!
