Refusal to Stop Unauthorized Debit Orders
Why doesnt Absa allow for stopping debit orders, after informing them that the debit order is *******? It is not good enough to just reverse. Other banks have functionality for stopping debit orders online. Absa must improve its offering, else i will be migrating my family from Absa.
