Refusal to reverse debit orders
I went to ABSA Balfour Park to reverse some debit orders on my Savings Account. The teller was very rude and blatantly refused to reverse the orders, saying I should bring a letter. I really do not understand her logic behind producing a letter. The service was so so very poor, and the consultant was very unhelpful, and also extremely rude.
Please look into this and advise.
