Refusal to return my money.

Absa refuses to return the rest of my money that was taken for pre-authorisation. I have only received a portion of my money. They inform me that funds are removed and then weeks later inform me that they are reserved. R1307 in total taken. Only R673 returned to me.

They REFUSE to re-open my case and trace the remaining funds. I have no option at this point but to escalate to the Ombudsman as it seems there is no way forward.
