Refusal to change debit order date and refusal to assist me when i am in need while my account is sitting on a credit balance

So disappointed with Absa vehicle giving me a run around , now they do not want to change a simple thing a debit order date after i gave them an explanation . I have been a loyal customer with the bank and never missed a payment and while my vehicle account is sitting on a credit, they refused to assist me not to debit last months instalment in order to offset the instalment of April, I was not asking for much because i needed the funds for emergency i was asking them to look into my case and see if they can assist but they cant do anything, i am talking about a loyal customer and i was not even asking to skip a payment i was just asking them to take the existing balance. Absa does not value their customers and does not care about what we go through as long as they get their money
