REFUSAL TO CANCEL MY HOUSE INSURANCE

Last year July 2014 I have requested ABSA home insurance to cancel my extremely high home owners insurance. Without the customers knowledge they increase insurance and deduct a whole year's premiums once off. So this is ******* and as a result I have cancelled my ABSA insurance and provided them with all the documents they required along with proof from Virgin Insurance that my house is fully covered. To my surprise they deducted this year another R7618 for the years insurance which is completely incorrect. They should have paid me the aforesaid amount for cancelling my insurance July 2014 already which did not happen. Stay away from ABSA insurance their administration are useless and they charge fees without informing the customer.
