Refusal of FICA Documents

I have been requested on the Banking App to update my FICA documents, which I did. However ABSA refuse to accept my documents. 1. My proof of residence (a Lease agreement) is not in my name but in my Spouse's, however the Landlord provided a Confirmation letter that I am a Tenant too. I have uploaded both the front and back of my Id card but ABSA keep saying that they have not received the back of my card. I do not have ANY other form of proof of residence as I am Unemployed and if my bank account gets restricted due to ABSA's red tape nonsense my only income (a SASSA grant) would be impossible to access.
