REFUNDS

On the morning of the 26 April at 07:12:55am there was a amount of R577.39 taken off my banking account with out my permisson , when I got the notififcation I went to the bank when it open up to have my card stopped which this was done, they then told me to send an email to the disputes section which I did and said it would take 7 to 14 working day to be sorted out it has been a month already and all i got was a email to say that I must ask the merchant to refund me my money and that is after I TOLD THEM THAT IT IS A *****ULANT WEBSITE but to now avail and sence then I have received no feedback at all I have even tried phoning to no avail no help from ABSA disputes and ***** section at all I got a email address of a lady named Dawn which I sent her 2 emails asking what is happening to no avail I am so frustrated I can't loose R577.39 and it sure looks like ABSA doesn't want refund me. All I am asking for is to be refunded which belongs to me if me posting this review on Hello Peter then my next step is the banking Ombudsman I have been a customer of ABSA for almost 15 years and this is how they treat their customers I will be going to move my accounts to another bank.
