Refund request *** - No Reply

<p>No reply from ABSA in 3 days no impressed, I provided you with my ID number the least you could do is call me and advise you still investigating.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>MFC settled my account with ABSA VF on the 20th of July 2016, I called ABSA VF on the 26th of July 2016 requesting for a refund it was logged, I later received confirmation via sms my requested has been processed. To date I have not received my refund I don’t understand why it would take this long when the refund was logged on the 26th. Can they forward me proof of payment so I can follow up with my bank?</p>
