Refund Request

Good afternoon Hellopeter and the team.

I am Howard Mandlenkosi Gouws .

I am writing this review with the saw heart and hoping it could be heard, attended and resolved in the end.

Many years ago I bought a car via Absa vehicle finance around 2015 . And the motor vehicle is fully paid up on October 2023 the last payment of this vehicle, and at hand i have with me the paid up letter and car documents from Absa Natis department and all.

In this year February 2026 i have only learned that there's an refund on my absa vehicle finance account from my absa banking app, and I opted to go seek information from the bank in the branch at Langerberg Mall in Mosselbay town right. And I was helped by a professional person who assisted me with this enquiry and we did call the center of absa vehicle finance department and we were told to call the next day as their system was off line that day on 24th Tuesday February 26.

And I did call on my own given the number by the person who was helping from the advise we got from absa vehicle finance department on telephone communication we held and following the details or options the following day the 25th, but no luck due to this and that department queries and wrong department going back and forth but no luck trying to reach to the right person in that department that deals with the refund request.

But I opted to go back to the absa bank branch in Mosselbay the same day and the mentioned above date, and I was handled very good with my refund request and I we finally got to get the right person on that department.

But I was ask to bring the last proof of payment of October 2023 and send it to this department via email or consultant who was helping me for continue to get this fund request in order. But I went looking for this in my stuff and to the bank but I couldn't get any proof of payment of the last payment. Until now I didn't find it and I am stuck because of this last proof of payment I don't have for absa vehicle finance to process the refund request. It was EFT payment but I can't find it from other banks as well and it frustrating me to death and I am left confused and doomed not to mention dessappointed in how my find request is being handled.

Now I am trying to get help from this review by asking the office of the CEO at Absa vehicle finance and bank to be of assistance with me and my fund request and solve this matter once and for all.

The Absa Vehicle Finance department has my Detailed Statement with them that clarifies everything including my paid up letter and car documents and my identity document and my proof of address and my email address and cell numbers. I am confused right now depressed and I'm a person living with medically issues and I react easily to stresses and hypertension stuff and I am not okay with the help that I am getting from them as I am still longing for my refund request to be resolved without any issue or inconvenience stuff with it. Now that most of the evidence is with them as I have mentioned above.

I am asking the office of the CEO at Absa Vehicle Finance to help me with this matter as I entrusted his or her decision making in resolving this matter with no issues as my profile its with them, I am asking for my refund request to be processed with no issues or hassle and entrusting the office will handle this matter the right way in my favor and the banks intergrety. Please my CEO i ask in good faith trusting that you will be able to pay my refund request smoothly.

I am an Absa member and I bank with Absa and I don't take any negative stuff about this good business but I just hoping i can be handled right with my fund request as I don't have any last proof of payment that was made via EFT transaction vehicle account as it shows in their system but they can't see either on the system, but the Detailed Statement is showing exactly the dates and mont of the last payment and I really urge you and begging for your mercy in resolving this matter without any inconveniences. Please bear with me here now.
