Refund Problems
i am so freaking tired of this now. every month for the past 3 months since i have a ABSA account i have been experiencing problems from Credit Cards to Fee structures and now this. i did 2 cash sends from my credit card a R 350 which i reversed and got back and then a R 250 that i reversed but still never received in my account but it shows as money in since Saturday 26/10/2024 this is very annoying and i finally laid a case with Banking OMBUDSMAN. this is unacceptable that every month i have to fight for what is mine. i am officially done with this Bank and will move to another very soon. please have this done ASAP

The funds.were.not.cleated since Saturday but yet you claim I received it.. I know what is.going on with my money so I cannot allow.ABSA to Rob me like.they do with millions of consumers
