Refund on extra debit orders on ABSA personal loan

After the term of contract and I had completed repaying ABSA personal loan, ABSA continued to debit me for 2 more months until I called them and requested for a refund. They agreed and promised to refund me within 3 to 5 days, I waited for the money with no luck. I called them a week later and they told me that a refund has been done on their side and the are no other monies on their side which they will refund.
