Refund on car rental deposit. (R3800)

I rented a car through SANI car rentals on the 25th of October 2025 and paid a deposit of R3800. SANI customer sercives informed me that the deposit will reflect in my account after 14 working days. After the 14 working day period I contacted SANI car rentals via email to inform them that the money isn't reflecting in my ABSA account. Sandiles Sehume assisted me from SANI car rentals and notified me that the money is released from their side and that I must contact ABSA to assist and inform me of the status of the R3800 that must reflect in my account. I went to ABSA Menlyn mall in Pretoria for assistance on the 18th of November 2025, and the gentelman that assisted me said that they can't help me and I need to contact their authorities department via email because the department doesn't have a cell number that a customer can contact. I send the query to *** the same date I visited the ABSA branch (18 November 2025) and still didn't receive any feedback of the R3800.
