refund on absa rewards
On 2 Nov i cancelled the absa rewards programme. I pay a yearly fee and only utilize a few months from payment up to cancellation. I phone in on 2 nov for the refund and nothing happened. Iphone in again on 17 Nov and up to date only promises. Ref nr AR 76793.
