REFUND NOT RECEIVED FROM ABSA
Absa bank has to refund me. Since the 30th of Dec i still havent received my money back. They keep saying they refunded me but i emailed them my bank statement to show that i have not received my money up until today! All they say is it has been refunded and the file is closed!! This is unacceptable. They can see that i have not received my money. I dont know what to do to get my money that is rightfully mine and not ABSA's
