Refund not done!

Absa, I have spent over R500 on airtime just calling you guys to assist me, only to be sent from peter to paul. No one can assist me with my enquiry. You guys have taken R4100 from my account and no one can tell me where the money is gone too. Not a manager or team leader and none can refund either. I have been asked to speak to transactional banking, but the numbers do not go through. I want my refund done today, I will be changing my bank to Std Bank as they are much more helpful. I have been with you guys for years as a premium banker and you cannot help me. Unacceptable!!!!!!
