REFUND NOT DONE

I paid up my loan and promises was made that the credit balance i had on my loan will be paid within 3 working days, it is now 5 working days and no money is in my account yet. This is unacceptable as i was in the branch when they told me that and i really need the money. i am not sure how promises work but for me as someone told me something i expect that will happen. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT IMMEDIATELY I WANT MY MONEY NOW.
