Refund needed!

I went to the bank to activate my student credit card at the Chris Hani mall . The Customer helper told me to try if it works by the Atms outside. When I got there I found two men, whom one of them acted as though he is trying to help me and snatched my card only to swap it and insert a wrong one. And the other one acted as though he needs my help, only waiting for me to press my pin so he could see it, because while helping him after he had seen my pin he said that he has wasted so much time he will use other ATMs. I waited for about 5 minutes hoping to get my card. I gave up, went inside the bank & looked for a guard and told him about my card, he said the Atm swallowed my card. I went back to the helper and told her about my card and she took keys to go & open the atm. While at it I received an sms saying R800 has been withdrawn from my cheque account & R200 from my credit card. The helper came back and confirmed that R1000 has been withdrawn at Ormonde. Please notice that at the atms there was no security guard the whole time outside. The helper then said there is a high percentage that I may not get a refund.
