REFUND MY MONEY

ABSA Bank did an inter account set offs without my consent. The agent Nthabiseng Sibande keeps saying that I must make an arrangement with the lawyers to get my refund. The so called lawyers have not contacted me I work in logistics so calks don't always go through but emails and WhatsApp i can respond to them. I have told Nthabiseng that R500 can be deducted from my account effective from the 28th of the month till the account is not in arrears she has it in writing which is binding me but she keeps saying that I must talk to the lawyers and ABSA can take money out of my account because the account belongs to ABSA so if thats the case why cant she set up the deduction since ABSA can deduct without consent but they cant refund without lawyers involved all i want is my money that was deducted without my consent i have already said that I can have the bank deduct R500 every 28th of the month until the account is not red and instead of putting me in contact with the lawyers or setting up the payment Nthabiseng keeps saying that no refunds will occur without talking to the lawyers and neither will i be refunded for money deducted without consent
