Refund me

I am disappointed by the customer service of Absa bank internal legal. They deducted my money extra that what was required. I want my refund, they do not responding to me. Jerusha Thwala is the worst person to be working there. She/he does not respond to my emails, even if the branches are email no response. If you call send you back and forth. Your service sucks Absa Bank.
