refund for the money deducted without arrangement
i have loan with have been paying since 2018 this year i asked for the statement from third party to see how much i am owing they can send it and rccs boss just deducted the money without arrangement

24 Sept 2025, 11:04hi i will appreciate that because when i ask absa for statement and see how much i have paid they refer me to third party because the account is handed over when i ask the third party they don't send it and you guys just came and take all the money without any communication but when i call you guys says you can't assist me because the account is handed over
