REFUND FOR THE 10K RACE IN CAPE TOWN

Bad experience they are ****mers! I bought a ticket for the Race and the Cape Town 10k race was cancelled due to bad weather and I followed the instructions as per the email sent to get my refund been waiting for me refund since the 12 May no refund in my bank account! Tried to call the contact centre and they said they can't help since I'm not banking with Absa tried to contact them on Instagram, they advised me that they will escalate I must wait for feedback till the 16 May Imagine the service is bad and they ****mers because so many people are complaining about the refund for the race!
