Refund for claim

My name is Bonisiwe Gcuze. I have home insurance with ABSA. I made a claim from ABSA insurance on the 20 October 2021 as I had a problem with my ceiling board which was fallen due storm. ABSA appointed a company called Marcom Project Management with claim no. ***. Marcom Project did half of the job and they requested me to buy a chandelier and they will refund me as soon as I email them the proof of payment. I did email them on the 26 November 2021. When I did follow up with them they said they do payments on only Fridays. I don't know how many Fridays that have passed and I haven't received any refund.

Hellopetter please assist me. I need my refund and looks like like they are not willing to pay me because even if I write to them , they do not respond. Its so frustrating because I pay my monthly premiums not even once skipped payment and I know my insurance paid them full amount for the job.
