Refund dragging

The was an made from my account, I called absea. Sent the requested documents , the agent was very helpful and she did her an excellent service .. she advised the money should be refunded back by not more than 3 days. Fine I did follow up on Monday and was told the money will reflect latest Tuesday, no luck, I called today and the agent made an excelated my quire to his manager , but still it does not warranty that funds will reflect today, I am tired of calling and not getting any leeway, as I sent everything. Needed to speed up the issue.
