Refund

im very disappointed with the service im getting from absa regarding my credit card, i made and order online, i was refunded money it has been 3days now still the money doesn't reflect. when i contact where are telling me to call the bank as the funds are with my bank, when i call the back the tell me to call where i made the order. i have sent emails, attached the proof for refund. im so close to leaving absa because of the back and forths everytime i have a query
