REFUND!

I have request for refund 3 weeks ago still no response today. Firstly I have taken out a personal from Absa over 5 ye***** weeks ago I called requesting for refund and have provided confirmation of account .To date nothing have been confirm and I haven't received my refund. Can this matter be sorted out urgently.I want refund processed today!
