Refund Business Account Charges

I am extremely disapointed with Absa Clearwater Business Bank. I have a Business Elvole 35 Acc with them, bank changes should be R265 a month. They took R330 a month and in October they took it twice amounts to R660. I emailed and phoned them to resolve...no feedback provided.

Absa please fix my account charges and refund my money please...this is unexeptable!
