Refund

On the 1st of November I went to withdraw money at Absa ATM in Vodaworld. This was a cash send of R5000. I got to the ATM punched in all the required details/pins and the money came out however only R2300 came out and R2700 went back. I went to the branch at Sanridge on the 2nd and was assisted very quickly and given a case number, I was told the money will be refunded in 3-5 working days.

Did a follow up on the 9th, called again on the 10th but still no refund. Please note that I cannot wait any longer for my money and what is more frustrating is that I’m the one doing all the follow ups, I don’t even get any call backs for updates. Please refund my money.
